Governance & Leadership
Principal
In 2013, Jeff Allen became Principal at NVCCS. Until then it had been a K-6 primary school, but the vision of the Board and school community saw it progress to a high school, under Jeff’s leadership. Jesus Christ is at the centre of his approach to education.
In this context, Jeff is committed to a school for all people from all walks of life. He sees the need for teachers to provide an education which is academically challenging, and the value of serving students by encouraging them to use their minds to think critically, and discover truth, goodness and beauty.
In 2020, Jeff became a Vice Chancellor's Scholar for the University of New England after completing a Masters of Applied Leadership in Positive Education.
Deputy Principal - Secondary
Andrew Roberts has worked in Christian education in three schools across two states, holding leadership roles in Curriculum, Welfare and Behaviour, and whole-school Operations. In 2023, he completed a Masters of Educational Leadership through Morling College.
With a teaching background in Mathematics, Andrew is passionate about fostering student growth and success, not only in academics but in all areas of life. He is committed to creating an environment where students can thrive and reach their full potential.
